Small Wooden "Madia"
Made from wood by expert artisans, this trough is suitable for traditionally manually kneading the flour to make small batches of dough (around four to five pounds).
The wood has not undergone any harmful treatment and is suitable to be used in contact with food; it is also free of odors that can leave a taste on prepared dough. The thickness of the wood used is less than half inch.
Maintenance: the trough should be cleaned with a damp cloth. If washed with water (it is highly recommended to not use chemical cleaners to avoid surface residue), leave to dry in open air.
